Touring Orchard House

  • The House is shown by guided tour only
  • Tickets for each day's tours go on sale at opening and are sold on a first-come/first-served basis (i.e., tickets cannot be sold in advance of the day you wish to tour)
  • Individuals or small groups/families (fewer than 10 persons) cannot make reservations

Group Tour Reservations

  • Groups of 10 or more persons must make reservations in advance
  • A $50 deposit is required to hold the group reservation and will be applied to the total cost of the tour
  • Cancellation of group reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance; deposits are only refunded if appropriate notice is received
  • To make a group reservation, email or phone 978.369.4118 x106 on weekdays

Other Important Information

  • Orchard House is handicapped accessible on the first floor; visitors with special needs or who are unable to climb stairs will be offered a variety of accommodations to enhance their tour experience
  • Due to town fire laws, we can accommodate only a certain number of visitors at any given time; we do utmost to serve all visitors on a timely basis, and offer many options to occupy any wait time 
  • For reasons of security and visitor comfort, indoor photography, videography, and active cell phone use are not permitted

November - March Hours of Operation

Closed:  Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, January 1st & 2nd

Open at noon on Patriots' Day (third Monday in April)

Open extended hours for Veterans' Day, day after Thanksgiving, weekdays between Christmas and New Year's, Martin Luther King Jr Day, February School Vacation
